Our Moose are HUGE!!!! topping out around 1000 lbs. with Boone & Crockett / Pope & Young potential racks. We set up on our private Moose River acreage for a real Moose Hunt, from a treestand!, not a truck. Maine has a 1 week Moose Season on a draw system, this special season takes place the 2nd week of October (which is also the Moose rut!!). Bring your rifle, pistol, muzzleloader or bow for that potential record bull. You may apply online through our state department at: www.mefishwildlife.com. We hunt District 8. Application deadline is April 1. Lottery is in June, at which time you would book a hunt after being notified you have drawn a tag.
